Asian Abstractions and other Romantic Abstractions
Our travels have taken us to many romantic places, most recently to Japan. A big part of my motivation in visiting Japan was to immerse myself in the beauty and simplicity of the Japanese culture and aesthetic which inspired the works shown here. Other works from our travels, many of which have sold, feature the sparkling blue water of the Mediterranean and Italian Lake Country as well as the towering mountains, villas, and gardens of some of the most romantic places in Europe.
